SUMMER STAFF ARE THE HEART OF CAMP.
THEY MAKE EVERYTHING POSSIBLE FOR OUR CAMPERS.
Each summer we hire around 50 staff members to make summer camp happen. Led by our Camp Director and Divisional Youth Secretaries, we have a variety of jobs open from program director, head counselors, counselors, kitchen assistants, dining hall servers, lifeguards, maintenance team, and more. We pray over our summer staff year round, hoping and believing for staff that love God, love kids, and love camp. We want a flexible team with a heart for serving others that don’t mind getting messy every once in a while or being silly on stage in a skit. Summer staff is a 7-8 week commitment, with one week of program staff orientation (for certain jobs), one week of all staff orientation, and 6 weeks of camp with campers. Bring your big ideas, your favorite camp memory, your best game or skit, and make the summer of a lifetime happen for the next generation!
