Additional Information
Certificate of Insurance: Group must furnish evidence of Liability Insurance in the amount of $1,000,000 (one million) either by certificate or policy for use of the facility. Any groups whose circumstances make it impossible to acquire Liability Insurance should call the camp office for insurance carriage referrals.
Capacity: The minimum number of persons for lodging and use of the conference areas is 25. Lodging maximum capacity is 220.
Audio and Visual Equipment: Audio and visual equipment available based on need. Please request use of AV equipment prior to your stay so that we may be able to accommodate your needs.
Recreation Equipment:
Recreation equipment is available upon request. Please call the camp office for availability.
Pets: We love pets, but due to the interest of others, pets are not allowed on the facility with the exception of service dogs for our guests with disabilities.
Smoking and Alcohol: Camp Del Oro is a “Non Smoking and Substance Free Facility”. We promote a healthy environment for our guests.
Campfires: Campfires are allowed in existing campfire areas ONLY. A water supply must be at each campfire.
Fireworks and other flammables: All fireworks and flammables are PROHIBITED on the camp grounds.
Emergency and First Aid: A member of your group must have CPR/First Aid. We ask that you let your guests know who is designated to provide emergency care during your stay at Camp Del Oro. A list of emergency numbers is available. Phones are available in the kitchen, office and near the pool. You will be provided with an emergency radio to alert your Camp Del Oro Host of any emergency or other needs you may have.
Archery: Archery equipment is allowed for program purposes ONLY and MUST be supervised by a Certified Archery Instructor (copy of certification required). Archery instruction is allowed at the archery range ONLY.
Recreational Vehicles: RVs are allowed on site in designated areas. The vehicles must be self contained since Camp Del Oro does not have hook ups available.
Vehicles: Camp Del Oro asks that guests park their vehicles in the parking area throughout their stay. You may provide your disabled guests with a car or van designated for shuttle use. Parking near cabins is prohibited. Roads must remain clear in case of emergency.
